Why Club Airox exists…

Most wellness experiences are designed around occasional use. While those moments can feel good, meaningful support often comes from repetition.

Research into oxygen-based wellness consistently points to regular, repeated exposure as the foundation for supporting recovery, clarity and long-term vitality. Yet for many people, access is limited by clinical environments, complex booking systems or pricing models that make consistency difficult to maintain.

Club Airox exists to close that gap. By offering a structured, subscription-based model, we remove friction and make regular oxygen-rich sessions logistically simple, financially realistic and easy to build into real life.

mHBOT Benefits

Mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy at Airox Wellness is provided as a wellness service, not a medical treatment. Individual experiences vary, and benefits are most commonly associated with regular, repeated use.

  • Mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy increases oxygen availability, supporting more efficient delivery to tissues and cells throughout the body.

  • Improved oxygen availability supports focus, memory and mental clarity, contributing to cognitive ease with consistent use.

  • In a mildly pressurised environment, oxygen dissolves into the blood plasma, reaching tissues to support inflammatory balance and recovery processes.

  • Increased oxygen availability supports ATP production, helping reduce fatigue, support endurance and assist physical recovery.

  • Oxygen supports immune function by assisting white blood cell activity and the body’s natural defence mechanisms.

  • Oxygen-rich environments support nervous system balance, helping reduce tension and promote a calmer physiological state.

  • By supporting nervous system regulation, oxygen therapy may contribute to improved sleep quality and more restorative recovery cycles.

  • Consistent oxygen availability supports cellular function and resilience, contributing to long-term vitality and healthy ageing.
